It’s Your Choc Refund Policy

For orders of 50+ bars

A minimum 50% non refundable deposit is required within 14 days of the receipt of the order (unless the order is required within that 14 day period, in which case full payment is required immediately). The final balance is due 30 days before the order is required.

A refund will be processed (minus non refundable deposit paid) up to 30 days prior to the order being required if cancellation is received in writing by this date. This can be via email or post.

For orders of less than 50 bars

Full payment is required immediately on orders of less than 50 bars (unless by prior arrangement).

A refund of 50% of the total payment will be processed up to 30 days prior to the order being required if cancellation is received in writing by this date. This can be via email or post.

Refunds will be processed by cheque and sent out by 2nd class post.

No order will be supplied until full payment has been received and cleared
